Afina Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Afina Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Afina are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on February 1st 2025 and ends on May 31st 2025. All entries must be received by May 31st 2005 at 11:59 PM (EST). Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible for the giveaway.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must fill out the giveaway submission form on Facebook. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Afina showerhead. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on or about June 1st 2025. The winners will be notified via email on or around June 1, 2025. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Publicity
By entering, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. Afina reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with the rules or tampers with the entry process.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Afina, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
10. Disputes
Any disputes related to this giveaway will be resolved in the appropriate court located in Texas, and all participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Privacy
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
